Does not apply to any goods which have been subjected to misuse, damage, mishandling, misapplication, neglect (including but not limited to improper maintenance), accident, improper installation, modification (including, but not limited to, use of unauthorized parts or attachments), or adjustments or repair performed by anyone other than the manufacturer or one of their authorized agents. To exercise your warranty, send an email to sales@loadingzone.com with an explanation of the claim. If required, your Next Generation Cargo Gate may need to be returned to the manufacturer. The manufacturer will repair or replace your Next Generation Cargo Gate at their discretion and will return the unit to the owner.

Return Policy: We will accept returns free of charge within 30 days of the purchase date. Any return after that period will be charged an $18 return shipping fee.
